Eggs is a contemporary bronze sculpture by Paolo Grassi, developed within his ongoing conceptual project From “0” to Infinity. This spherical work, part of a limited edition, is entirely composed of bronze numbers fused together to create a dynamic and open structure that evokes the organic yet symbolic form of an egg.

 

The red interior surface, visible through the interwoven digits, amplifies the tension between concealment and revelation—between the apparent perfection of the shell and the unpredictable numerical interplay that composes it. Like a code suspended in space, Eggs invites the viewer to decode the hidden logic that binds structure and poetry.

 

This sculpture is part of private collections, highlighting its resonance with collectors drawn to conceptual and symbolic art.

Eggs è una scultura contemporanea in bronzo di Paolo Grassi, sviluppata all’interno del suo progetto concettuale in divenire From “0” to Infinity. Quest’opera sferica, parte di un’edizione limitata, è composta interamente da numeri in bronzo fusi tra loro, a formare una struttura aperta e dinamica che richiama la forma organica e simbolica dell’uovo.

 

La superficie interna rossa, visibile attraverso le cifre intrecciate, accentua la tensione tra ciò che si mostra e ciò che resta nascosto—tra la perfezione apparente del guscio e l’imprevedibile gioco numerico che lo costituisce. Come un codice sospeso nello spazio, Eggs invita a decifrare la logica nascosta che unisce struttura e poesia.
