Snail is a compact wall sculpture in bronze by Paolo Grassi, created within the conceptual project From “0” to Infinity. The piece unfolds in a spiral geometry, where carved numbers form a dense cluster of memory and time. 

 

The sequence is both logical and mysterious, offering multiple layers of interpretation: a visual rhythm, a mathematical echo, and a poetic tension.

 

With its tactile surface and geometric precision, Snail becomes a symbol of slowness, evolution, and recurrence. It invites the viewer to reflect on the passage of time and the resonance of each number within a larger whole.

Snail è una scultura da parete in bronzo di Paolo Grassi, realizzata all’interno del progetto concettuale From “0” to Infinity. L’opera si sviluppa secondo una geometria a spirale, dove numeri scavati nel metallo compongono un nucleo denso di memoria e di tempo.

 

La sequenza numerica appare insieme logica e misteriosa, generando un ritmo visivo, un’eco matematica e una tensione poetica. La superficie materica e la precisione geometrica trasformano Snail in un simbolo di lentezza, evoluzione e ricorrenza.
