Morse Sequence Waves belongs to the Numbers without numbers series within Paolo Grassi’s project From “0” to Infinity. Shown in the museum format 200 × 200 cm, the work translates numeric sequences through the Morse alphabet, turning “dots” and “dashes” into chromatic modules arranged in undulating progressions.

The four vertical bands — Yves Klein Blue, Orange Vivo, Van Gogh Yellow, and Monet Lilac — unfold as sequential waves that generate a steady visual rhythm, where calculation becomes image and measured order becomes time.

A rigorous grid meets perceptual vibration, transforming arithmetic structure into visual breath.

The black frame and minimal museum display reinforce the piece’s monumentality, while the color strength gives Morse code a new poetic dimension. This unique work invites the viewer to read the sequence as a silent language, a flow merging numbers, color, and rhythm in a single visual field.

Further insights into the compositional logic, color-to-sign mappings, and decoding schemes are available exclusively upon private request.

Morse Sequence Waves appartiene alla serie Numbers without numbers all’interno del progetto From “0” to Infinity di Paolo Grassi.
